Regional white wine from the Setúbal Peninsula, with a citrus colour and greenish reflections. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at an average temperature of 15ºC, with selected yeasts.
There is no aging, the wine is bottled and released onto the market as young as possible. It should be served at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
Excellent with fish and seafood.
